The task consists of sharing the international experience of the CIVICA partner universities in order to develop a programme at SGH to support people who have recently obtained their doctoral degree or are preparing to defend their doctoral thesis (post-docs) by:
identifying the characteristics of the group targeted by the programme and the rules of eligibility for the programme,
diagnosing the needs of the scope of education of this group of people at SGH,
identification of practices and best curricular, administrative and financial solutions offered among CIVICA partner universities,
analysis of formal and legal conditions accompanying the prepared programme,
development of assumptions of the post-docs programme in the light of the diagnosed best practices and formal and legal conditions,
submission of the programme proposal for verification (e.g. review) of the programme in the light of comments from the review,
preparation and submission of the proposal of qualification rules and structure of the pot-docs programme to the SGH Authorities for acceptance and further procedure in the form of an internal legal act.
At this stage, conceptual work and benchmarking of experiences with selected CIVICA universities are already underway. The first study visits to the alliance partner universities are also planned.
